PURPOSE:
Support engineering for production line on PCBA processing machine programming, profiling, setup, process improvements and periodic maintenance.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:
1.Screen printer (DEK) setup support and maintenance
2.Reflow oven (BTU) profiling support and maintenance
3.Wave Solder machine profiling support and maintenance
4. Selective Soldering (ERSA) programming and maintenance.
5. SRT BGA Rework profiling and support
6. Routing machine programming and fixture validation
7. Press-fit machine programming and fixture validation
8. Polymeric coating machine programming and fixture validation
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (include experience required with specific software applications, equipment, or specific certifications and education requirements such as MSME, MSEE, APICS, etc)
PREFERRED Qualifications (nice to have skills):5+ years
